Some tournaments REQUIRE that all hotel reservations are made through the events registration system (stay and play policy). This allows event organizers to mesaure the impact of the event on the local economy. Using that information, organizers can reserve and negotiate better rates for facilities and hotels.
Synergy reserves large blocks of rooms under these policies for coaches, players and their families at very good rates. Staying together also helps promotes team and club unity which is soo very important for success on the court!
